- Be a resident in the UK.
- Be aged 18 or over.

- Include in your entry your full name and contact telephone number.
- Be available to attend an event if the prize includes event tickets.
- Radio Tyneside accepts no liability:
- Where your competition entry is not received for any reason.
- Where your competition prize is not received for any reason.
- Where an event is cancelled.
- For costs incurred for a competition entry.
- For costs incurred in collecting or using the prize, including but not limited to transport and accommodation.
- If we are unable to reach you on the telephone number you have provided.
- Competition winners will be notified of their win within 28 days of the draw using the contact details provided in the entry.
- Radio Tyneside may use your name, a recording of your competition win and details of the prize on-air on Radio Tyneside, on our website and in other social media and publicity material.
- Any member of Radio Tyneside, their immediate family or any other person who is directly connected with the offer are ineligible to participate.
- Prizes can be collected from Radio Tyneside, 3 North Terrace, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 4AD at a pre-arranged time, unless otherwise specified.
